		<description>It is only two weeks since the emergency towing vessel (ETV) Anglian Princess, one of the &quot;emergency tugs&quot;, towed the fish factory vessel Athena to port in Cornwall.  

Had Athena been lost at sea, this would have been a significant pollution.

The ETVs were commissioned following a series of major environmental disasters.

Someone in Whitehall hasn&#039;t valued the environment properly.

The ETVs should not be scrapped.</description>
