Paul joined the ENDS Report in November 2008 as Energy & Carbon editor, and was previously editor of Climate Change Management, and managing editor of Climate Policy journal. Since the 1980s he has researched and consulted in the UK and Latin America, with interests in climate policy, biodiversity, audit, sustainable development and building, and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects.
Paul has a Masters in Environmental Resources and a PhD in biodiversity damage and audit, and has written on most environmental management and pollution issues.
Areas of interest: Energy and climate policy, emissions trading, CDM, Joint Implementation, greenhouse gas mitigation and adaptation initiatives and strategies.
